Outstanding experience with the host and the Luxe Den! From start to finish the hospitality was seamless. Located in a new upscale neighborhood. The tub was clean- and the large community pool is easy to get to. My new go to place when in the Salt Lake City area.

Our stay at Morgan’s place, the Luxe Den, was really nice. It has everything you need and it’s beautifully designed. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool and were glad to have some activities close to home as well as great food options. Would recommend

This property set the bar for all future properties..,and that’s a mighty high bar!<br/>We don’t normally use AirBnB’s, since we have a 40’ motorhome. However, due to a mechanical issue, we had to make other arrangements at the last minute. Morgan’s property stood out as pet friendly, clean, safe, and comfortable. It was all those things and much more! Our two small doodles had room to walk freely in an enclosed yard that was thoughtfully designed for their needs. It was very safe and comfortable for our three night stay. A great deal of thought and expense went into making their basement into a very special place. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Fantastic host, wonderful property, truly a perfect accommodation for a couple or small family with pets! ! Stay here, you’ll love it!

Felt like home. King bed & pillows were very comfortable ! Space had everything you could need. You can tell a lot of thought & effort went into creating a great experience for guest. Really nice neighborhood with great amenities. Enjoyed the pickle ball court & provided equipment. Our dogs enjoyed the backyard. Will stay again if in the area. Morgan was very responsive & kind.

This is a wonderful place if you are visiting Lehi, it was very clean, very easy to get in, very quiet and relaxing, I love staying here when visiting my daughter and her family, they live 5 minutes away from this place, and the host are very responsive!<br/>I give it a 5 star rating!!!!

Had a wonderful stay. The BEST Airbnb I have been to hands down. The thoughtful touches to the Luxe Den really sets them apart from other host. The place is exactly what is shown in the photos. Very clean and comfortable and the host was very delightful. I wish we had booked for an extra two days. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. When we come back to Utah we will definitely rebook with the LuxeDen without hesitation.

Honestly, they should be charging more. The only, and I mean only, downside was the beautiful piano music playing during normal hours from upstairs. I am going through a separation so sometimes the moood of music really hit, but overall it was quite enjoyable. The bathroom was nice, clean, modern. The kitchen was actually stocked, it didn't just say it. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into this place.

Luxe Den had everything we needed, plus the place was extremely decorated and cozy. Easy to access and lots of privacy. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Highly recommend Luxe Den.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 weeks over the holidays while visiting family. The location is in a neighborhood with lots of open space, parks, a dog park and trails. Close access to the 3 major arteries going north and south. Lots of retail and restaurants.<br/>The space is small but cozy. We both work remotely and one of the bedrooms has a small laptop desk and there are spots in the kitchen/living room with access to power. While 2 of us and our dog were comfortable, having more for the full 5 weeks would have been a challenge but we had some overnight visits with our grandkids and it worked out great.<br/>We weren’t able to take advantage of the outdoor amenities but there was plenty of room for our dog to take care of business. I think it would be great in the warmer weather.<br/>Definitely a great experience with the hosts being responsive and accommodating. They quickly replaced a broken cutting board with a new one within days.<br/>We would highly recommend the Luxe Den!

We had a wonderful stay at Lux Den! Everything was great — the apartment was spotless, cozy, and surprisingly private for a basement space. The beds were super comfortable, and you can tell they truly thought of everything. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after long days out exploring. The s’more kit was such a fun touch, even though we didn’t get a chance to use it. Highly recommend this place!

The stay was simply perfect!<br/>The accommodation is very tastefully furnished, absolutely clean and spotless. The whirlpool and the fire pit were especially great, and we really enjoyed using them. I was super satisfied and can highly recommend this place without any reservations!

my husband and i stayed here with our 2 mini aussies and loved it! we booked it because of the price and it didn’t disappoint. i had a surgery in utah so it was the perfect place to stay, lounge and relax. it is a basement but it felt so clean and was walking distance from the dog park which is another reason why we booked it! also the outdoor area was great for our dogs we just let them out and they ran around! very safe and everything was gated. also the stay itself was super clean, private and helpful. would absolutely book again for a quick trip!

Luxe Den was amazing! They thought of everything! The hot tub was so fun, we made use of the s'more's kit they left us, it had every kitchen gadget we needed, a fun shower head, comfy beds, a peaceful neighborhood...seriously, it was so well thought out and implemented! Fabulously decorated too. It was just what we needed for our time in Utah visiting our kids attending school, <br/>Thanks for a great stay, Megan! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The private basement apartment felt so light and airy you’d hardly know it was a basement. The kitchen and bathroom were beautifully done, and we really appreciated the thoughtful local recommendations && the sushi spot was incredible! We also loved cozying up by the outdoor fireplace for s’mores. Highly recommend this stay!

Great place to stay! Morgan was an amazing host from start to finish and you can tell he truly has put a lot of thought into the space and making it feel like a home away from home for his guests - from the cleanliness throughout, to amenities like the hot tub and fire pit out back, to the extremely comfortable beds, to the full functioning kitchen with coffee station and complimentary snacks, to the smart TVs in each room, to the curated guides on places to eat and things to do in the area... this place has got it all! Not to mention the basketball/pickleball courts, bike track, and walking trails all within a couple blocks. Lehi is a beautiful place in the heart of the valley between SLC and Provo and the Luxe Den is in a great neighborhood that's only 5-10 mins from the highway and local business hubs (grocery, food, etc). We can't thank you enough for your hospitality and communication and we look forward to returning again in the future!

It was the perfect place for my husband and I and our youngest daughter, our oldest daughter who lives in Lehi by river way was only 5 minutes away by car, we had a great visit with our daughter and her family; thank you!!!!

Perfect Pet-Friendly Getaway with Thoughtful Touches

This place was a nice respite for our daily adventures. We loved all the walking paths around. Our pups enjoyed the secure back yard and the under stairs doggie den. The kitchen was suited well with dishes and pots and pans. There was complimentary snacks and coffee. Enjoyed our stay.

Cozy Spot with Coffee, Snacks, and a Safe Neighborhood

I loved this place! It was very clean and enjoyed the snacks and coffee that were provided. The beds were comfortable and my dogs enjoyed the dog area and backyard. The neighborhood felt safe and the best part was the provided pickleball paddles.

Perfect Spot to Bring Fur Babies. Totally Luxe!

Can't recommend this place enough!! I've traveled in Airbnb's all over the country and this is hands down the most luxe, cozy, and clean space I've stayed in. They have thought of (literally) every small detail and more and had everything we needed. They have the cutest set up for fur babies (even a poop trash station, dog bed, small dog room, etc). Location was quiet and peaceful which was nice. Highly recommend!!

Hidden Gem for Families with Dogs

Great place to stay with family of 4 and 2 dogs. back patio and nearby park. we couldn't ask for more. Best park was that unit was under the main house, so it was perfect temperature and no noise from upstairs at all.

Lovely stay

We loved our stay! The space had absolutely everything we needed and was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We took advantage of the walking trails, dog park and pool and we’ll bring our pickleball paddles next time! Highly recommend!

We were very comfortable and cozy. The Luxe Den has every thoughtful touch. The design was very well done. It was also so quiet and peaceful. Our family loved the s'mores kit, coffee and tea provided, snacks and very cozy fireplace. Five stars and would return if in the area.

Perfect Wedding Weekend Stay—Private, Pristine, and Peaceful

My daughter and I were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect! It was spotless and adorable. The private back yard and entrance made it seem like we had the whole place to ourselves. We were not in the home for long as we were coming and going a lot, but the time we spent there was amazing. Next time ill make sure to book extra days to enjoy the outdoor amenities that are hard to comeby

Thoughtful Hosting and Exceptional Amenities That Go Above and Beyond

Morgan was a great host! My messages, although few, were always responded to in a timely manner and he was very helpful and kind. He has gone to a lot of effort to make his place welcoming and added a lot of amenities that weary travelers will greatly appreciate! Most everything is labeled, taking the guesswork out of the equation. There is even a sign with many outdoor options including QR codes for further information. We were visiting our son and his family and when my daughter in law stopped by to see the place she really liked the sofa. I showed her the QR code to all the information about the furnishings so she could easily find out where to buy it! Who provides that so readily? It was amazing! The kitchen is fully stocked and the fridge has a working water dispenser and ice maker which is a bonus. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms have built-in closets/drawers which was super nice. No time for the backyard but it was lovely and private. Wonderful neighborhood!

One of Our Best Airbnb Stays—Thoughtful Touches and a Gracious Host

One of the best AirBnb experiences in many years. Morgan was so friendly and accommodating. The unit was as described with lots of little extras to make us comfortable. He’s really tried to think of everything. Highly recommend! If we are ever back in the area, we would absolutely stay at Lux Den again.

Comfortable, Thoughtful, and Pet-Friendly with Lovely Extras

The home was lovely! We especially appreciated the super comfortable beds/linens and enjoyed some of the extra special touches like the room for the pups and the snacks they left us. We never got the chance to take advantage of the hot tub with all the wedding prep and festivities, but loved the idea of having that available if we wanted. The only critique we had was the stairs were a bit narrow and made it difficult to go up/down if you were packing anything. All in all, a great stay in a lovely place.

Morgan's place is even better than the pictures. Diffently would stay again. Morgan even welcomed our pet Chole. I highly recommend staying here if you need anything place to stay.

Secluded, Spotless, and Convenient—A Stay Worth Repeating

Wonderful location and amenities! The back yard was sectioned off so you felt like you had your own secluded space, and everything was extremely clean. The hosts even left snacks in the kitchen, which we really enjoyed for hikes and nighttime movies! The location is really close to a ton of restaurants and about 30 minutes from downtown SLC. We definitely hope to return in the future!

The Perfect Relaxing Getaway—Quiet, Clean, and Exceptionally Hosted

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay or getaway I highly recommend staying at the LuxDen! It was very quiet and just a nice place to relax! From the lovely back yard to the extremely clean living space, you will be able to unwind! We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor patio every evening! Morgan is extremely wonderful to work with, very accommodating and very responsive! Always willing to help with anything you need! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and I hope to stay here again when we return next year!!!

I stayed here for over a week due to a surgery. This place had everything and I felt so cozy there. Modern touches were so nice, loved the bathroom and private yard, hot tub etc. super safe area with walks close by for pets. Morgan went above and beyond on communication. Check in a breeze. All went perfect!

Perfect Spring Break Stay

Really enjoyed our stay!! Morgan's place was as described. It was just my son and I, perfect space for a spring break getaway. A lot of added simple things that made it really inviting, such as little snacks, full QR code breakdown of the area, etc. It was our first time spending real time in SLC, and Morgan couldn't have been more helpful whether it be for hikes, local restaurants, day trips, you name it he was all over it. Arguably the best host our family has ever had the chance to partner with! Highly recommend!

my partner and i came to this place for a getaway weekend and it was the best decision ever. it felt like at home and everything was so nice ! we were in awe with everything! i do admit it was quite a drive to places we wanted to go to but we made it work. overall i recommend anyone to come stay!

Super Clean and Comfy with a Touch of Luxury

If you are looking for a truly luxurious stay while in Utah - this is the place! The Cozy Den is probably the cleanest and best furnished Airbnb I've stayed in. The beds are super comfortable and the bedding is very high quality. The shower is a dream. Beautiful appliances. Comfortable furniture. Fast Wifi. It really does have it all. Highly, highly recommend staying here.

Top-Tier Stay

I’ve stayed in quite a few Air BnB’s over the years and this one is easily in my top 5. Getting the basics out of the way, the cleanliness, amenities, the appliances, and the rooms were all top tier. It made the experience everything my partner and I were looking for. Now for the specifics; the area was amazing. Extremely peaceful, perfect location for walks, great restaurants within the immediate area, and a great pivot point to travel between SLC and South Jordan. We felt like all of our needs and more were met for what she and I were looking for exploring the SLC area. For the hiccups; there were some issues with the Oven and sometimes the wifi would drop out, but these were very quickly resolved because of the very punctual communication Morgan had with us throughout our stay. Between the living space itself and the communication with Morgan, this is an easy 5 stars. We will definitely be coming back to this BnB if we find ourselves in Lehi again.

I had such an amazing time at LuxeDen! Honestly, I was blown away by how great this was. The place was super clean and modern, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Everything about the stay felt easy and comfortable, and it's clear a lot of care went into making this place special. It’s also pretty close to everything I needed and there’s a bunch of trails next to the river to go explore. I’ll definitely be back!

Awesome Vibe

Great spot and location! We really liked the style and decor — definitely a cool vibe! It was in a perfect spot for us as we had activities going on in Draper and Orem. The neighborhood was quiet and not overly busy, plus extra parking spots. Overall, great for four people and the whole check in/out process was super easy. PROS - Hot tub (it was nice to relax after a long day) - Beds were comfortable (we also really liked the pillows) - Tons of outlets with USB and USB-C plug-ins built-in - Pickle ball courts nearby - Full kitchen if you need it - Dog-friendly - Very clean and modern (rain shower is pretty sweet) CONS - Can't really think of any! We really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay. Nice and private. Far better than any hotel for that price. Everything seemed new and very clean. The tvs in every room set up for check in/check out was a nice touch. Loved the QR code for recommendations on dining and things to do. Thank you!
